Skender

Skender Construction was about to embark on an organizational shift unlike any in their history, or in the industry. The future of Skender would be vertically integrated, unifying the firm's award-winning construction team with a newly acquired design studio and an advanced manufacturing offering. It was a groundbreaking move. And they needed an impactful brand to match.

My team joined the effort during a time when plans were still confidential, working closely with the leadership team, in-house marketing department, new organizational partners, and PR resources to define the future identity. “Skender Construction” would become “Skender,” and we created a tagline to support their vision: “Revolutionizing how the industry builds.” This became the foundation for our messaging platform, resulting in a compelling brand story to guide Skender’s ambitious new path.

Kicked off with the launch of the website, the announcement of the new Skender brand was a massive coordination effort. It brought the Pivot team together with Skender’s PR, internal communications, and advertising departments. The new identity we presented demonstrates to clients and to colleagues that this is where the industry is headed. And Skender will be leading the charge.
